At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Paphos to embark on this adventure exploring the Akamas Peninsula area on an exciting safari adventure.
Our journey begins at the Peyia Caves, which are limestone sea caves where the rugged coastline meets the blue Mediterranean Sea. From there, we'll continue along the coastline, and we'll be able to see the silhouette of the Edro III shipwreck.
Afterward, we'll go to Lara beach, one of the most paradisiacal stretches of sand in the area. There, we'll witness how sea turtles, in danger of extinction, find refuge—a unique natural spectacle.
The adventure continues with a walk through the majestic Avakas Gorge, where imposing cliffs and lush vegetation form a spectacular landscape. Afterward, we'll arrive at one of the most awaited places of the day: the Blue Lake. Here, you'll have 45 minutes of free time to jump into the water and take a dip.
We'll continue the safari as we discover the Baths of Aphrodite, a small lagoon surrounded by orange and carob trees, typical of the Mediterranean landscape. From there, we'll take you to a traditional tavern, where we'll leave you an hour of a free time to have lunch and taste some of the local gastronomy.
Before making our way back, we'll pass by the Adonis waterfalls, where we'll stop for 45 minutes so that you can take a last dip and have a coffee.
Finally, we'll say goodbye at the starting point, where we'll arrive after a total of 8 hours.
