Fiorella is charming and the visit was very good. Personally, I missed her going a bit deeper into historical data. We only entered a church that has been converted into a bar. We also didn't have a microphone/audio system, so the explanations were given during the stops, forming a group in front of it. In other cities, the guide talks throughout the tour, making it very enjoyable and interesting. I understand that this depends on who manages the visits.
